  1. Open the iPrescribe app to access the login screen.
  2. Click "Forgot Password".
  3. Input username, input CAPTCHA text, and then click "Recover Password".
  4. Password instructions are sent via email linked to the username input.
  5. Tap the link in the password reset email 
  6. You will have to correctly provide answers to your security questions
  7. Choose and confirm a new password
